the location was super beautiful and the scenery and walks around were just stunning. we got a really fab room which had nice decor and a comfy bed. the staff at reception were helpful and check in was smooth. the spa was also lovely and worth a visit, even tho there was a bit of confusion about the price. overall, we had a decent time in a nice setting.
the walls were really thin so we could hear our neighbors, which was annoying. also, the food service was super slow and we waited way too long for dinner on our last night.

Stunning spa experience and delectable dining
Our stay was truly delightful, with a fantastic spa that offered a range of treatments including an express day with afternoon tea, which was amazing. We loved the spacious Lovely Loft room, complete with luxurious amenities like ESPA toiletries and homemade shortbread. The dining experience was equally remarkable. the dinner was delicious and breakfast had a variety of options perfectly presented. One downside was the noise levels at times, as we could hear guests in adjoining rooms.

The management really needs to improve communication regarding spa bookings!!! Wait times for drinks and meal orders were excessively long, ruining the experience. The decor feels dated and lacks the charm expected for the price!!!
